every 600 HP (not overheal) you heal is 1 point
deploying uber is 1 point
1 for each kill
2 for capping an objective, or pushing a cart for 10 seconds
3 for killing a medic with uber (has to be your own kill)
2 for a revenge
1 for killing buildings
and 2 for defense kills



If you siphon every kill to get top scoring as a medic, please uninstall TF2.
