Just play it

Honestly one of the best games I have played. Great story with amazing graphics and runs super smoothly (at least on my machine). I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoyed The Last of Us or anyone at all for that matter. 10/10,

Despite being (relatively speaking) a smaller development team than the likes of Ubisoft etc., it is an extremely well made and entertaining game with an amazing community. At first, it is fairly slow to get into as the player is still in the very early game but it soon opens up and becomes an amazing game focused on completing the objective however you like. The player is given a huge variety of weapons and abilities to complete their task. It is great both with and without friends and can be fun with random players (as long as they follow the same style as you (in terms of stealth or aggressive). It also feels like there are limtless combinations to change the aesthetics of your character, ship, weapons and the robot things that follow you around. You can also customise the mods which your character can equip which allow you to tailor your character to your play-style.

The community is extremely welcoming and take great pride in helping new players to get into the game through vague guidance or through helping them to complete missions which they may find difficult. They are also maintain the community market (which uses the in-game currency 'Platinum') through selling and trading items to one-another. While Platinum can be bought with real money, players can easily obtain it through the community market by selling items gathered whilst playing. However, the more valuable items come much later in the game and some are also seasonal (such as the prime frames which are vaulted (locked away) every so often).

Overall, coming with plenty of content with free, huge updates on par with the DLC seen in games such as Destiny, and an amazing community, I highly recommend this game for all players.

Having played on both the PS4 and now starting again on the PC, this game is so worth it. While it can be difficult to players new to the series, it is extremely rewarding to stick with. To me, the best part of the game is the vast and in depth lore. I strongly recommend trying to discover as much of the lore as you can by yourself and then watch many channels such as VaatiVidya, to fill any gaps in knowledge.

Came back after a 1.5 years and it is still god awful. If you hate your life, install this game. If you hate your friends, get them to install the game. Not even worth the fiver it costs.
