Terrible experience. Has some things going for it, but buggy coop ruins it. First off, no split screen on PC. Was set up to couch game with my wife and we were hit with this disappointing limitation of the PC port. So, okay, we bought another copy and played in separate rooms. Played all night then started up again today to find out her character lost all progress in our coop game. She's back to level 1 with no gear. Wish I could get our money back.

This is a buggy mess.

Edit: Changed my review to recommended, though the bugs are problematic. With time, I imagine they'll fix them. The worst ones I've had:

- Turning on ray traced shadows makes it look like the sun is directly outside the window. Like the fury of god is glaring in and bathing the surfaces with light. I thought it was my HD settings so I messed around with that for a long time before realizing it was buggy ray traced shadows.

- I went into a dive spot and it glitched me up like I was in water. When I fell back down I ended up on the wrong side of the area and had an invisible wall blocking me from returning. Loading the recent saved had me spawn in from the ceiling and either splat on a rock or end up behind an invisible wall.

- I loaded an earlier save and decided not to do the dive spot so I started killing some monsters nearby. Downed a few then went to save my game and it crashed to desktop. That's when I wrote the review, lol. Since then it's been okay, but we'll see how it holds up.

Creative game-play exclusive to co-op. Variety of things to do and mini games keep it interesting.
