The devil is an evil spirit, the prince of darkness, who led the rebellion against God. Cunning and a liar from the beginning, he sows envy and wickedness among men. He appears in many forms: a clever serpent, a roaring lion, or even disguised as an angel of light. Condemned to eternal fire, yet he still roams the world seeking souls to devour.
