This... is too wordy and not borderlands. Less talking, more explosions!

BADASS.

Co-Op campaign gameplay was boring, unchallenging, and very slow. Story and side-quests seemed not really fleshed out, characters didn't feel like they had depth and most dialogue was meaningless. Plot twists were broadcast miles in advance. The 3 races to play as didn't feel balanced and the level 20 cap felt too low as we hit it before the end.

UI was better than spellforce 3 and the game did manage to connect each time we tried to play, but that's about the only positive improvement.

This game is free, and it is one of the best games I have ever played. It's fun, it's engaging, it's challenging when you want it to be and easy when you want it to be. It's a game you can play casually if you don't have much time without feeling like you're being left behind, and a game you can play constantly without getting bored or running out of things to do and find.

If you like stealth, it has that. If you like wading into hordes of enemies with a flamethrower and having them fall at your feet, it has that. If you like sniping things from a distance, or showing your superior tactics and skills, it has that too. PvP? Yep. Co-op? Yep. Solo? Yep.

Feeling super cool as you soar above countless enemies? Definitely!
