spent 30 minutes modifying 2 cars that were supposed to be allowing upgrades, game bugged out and didn't register that the upgrades were made... wish i could refund

the ending was among the best i've ever experienced

i got this game for free but would have rather a $5 steam credit because pve games don't interest me... its basically an asset swap with some grindy rpg mechanics

Massive potential tho the Discord is run by massive SJW's, don't go in there expecting to have a laugh

the parry character gets punished for parrying because he'll get temporarily stunned long enough for a boss to follow up with the rest of his combo... bad game

This was a MASSIVE let down... it felt just like the first game but far shorter, the weapons and their animations are very poor and awkward looking. The story ends very anti-climatically and the variety of enemies is quite minimal and shy in comparison to those encountered in the original game.

The best part of the first game was by far and large the exploration and that was probably this games biggest disappointment. There's maybe 2 instances of cave diving and they're extremely linear, much like the entirety of this game. If you haven't played the forest I highly recommend starting with the first game and holding off on SotF until some major content updates.

Slow pace, uninspired maps, items that feel unimpactful; don't even waste your time.
