Jelikož se mi zdá tento profil moc suchý tak tady je recept na domácí langoše

Suroviny
400 g hladké mouky(pokud se bude těsto lepit, trochu přidat)
1 malý bílý jogurt1 lžíce oleje
1 lžička cukru do kvásku
1 droždíšpetku solivlažná
voda dle potřeby(na kvásek 150 ml a pokud bude potřeba,ještě do těsta, dokud není vláčné)
Na pomazání a posypání co kdo má rád.

Zaděláme kvásek- droždí, 150 ml vlažné vody, cukr a trocha mouky.

Do mísy dáme mouku, sůl, jogurt, olej a kvásek a zaděláme těsto. Pokud je tuhé, přidáme vodu, pokud se lepí přidáme mouku.

Když je hotové těsto, hned rozdělíme na bochánky a ty rozválíme na placky, které necháme kynout cca 15 minut.

A můžeme hned smažit.
