Honestly, the game isn't terrible and there is some potential, but everything is overshadowed by terrible servers and performance issues. Honestly, the worst part is your teammates. Idk what basement we pulled these paint chip eaters out of, but it's like they've never played a game before in their life.

Very much enjoyed tutorial, but that is about as far as you're able to get currently. Sat in a queue for 30 minutes waiting to find any other player. Game desperately needs a server browser, find a part, or the ability to just join randoms since player count is non-existent. You're stuck hosting ship with no way to group with random players outside of your direct friends list.

An ok'ish game turned CoD slop. DF seems to try and replicate both BF and CoD, but fails to realize what makes either game good among their general audiences aside from trash skins. Even as F2P, finds something else.

The game is just ok in its current state. Great accomplishment for 2 people, but there are some technical issues playing this game.

1. it doesn't play as smoothly as the videos show, event with graphics scaled down it's choppy on a high end PC.
2. game play can be super disorienting for many people, but still fun once you get use to it.
3. No round time limit. Currently it's a Siege'esq style of game. One team attacks, and the other defends. The issue is there is no time limit for each round or objective outside of TDM from what I've been able to actually join and play. Players abuse this by clipping outside the map or hiding in invulnerable spots where they cannot be killed.
4. No penalties for TK'ing. First game there was a player -12 and just killed half the team on spawn. Zero penalty or option to kick
5. On death, you get a drone and fly around. This is a super cool feature and you can relay comms GLOBALLY with voice chat. Good and bad there, but again most players just grief and either call you out or the drone itself has the durability of a wet paper bag. With the weird stutter/smoothness issues of the game play you'll find yourself dying in these things almost instantly.
6. The game is currently only PvP, nothing wrong with that, but not enough core content and the game isn't polished enough in it's current state to continue playing right now. Give it time to polish up and work out technical and game play features and I feel like this game will truly shine

I waited until the latest updates to finally give the game a chance. I really enjoyed the game and it has about a 8-9 hour story. I played on ultra and it was gorgeous, and latest patches have significantly helped increase and smooth out frame rate. I only ran into some slight hiccups here and there during some action sequences, but nothing game breaking. The game play itself is similar to RE4 or Deadspace in shooting aspect, but sets itself apart by incorporating some interesting melee combo mechanics to change up the formula. There is also some stealth features that come later in the game to help mix things up additionally. My only complaint is the controls for dodging/blocking can take a little bit of getting use to at least on MnK. All things considered, I'd easily recommend the game in its current state, I look forward to the upcoming story DLC in the summer, even though it will most likely just pick up right where it ended, regrouping with the doctor and attempting a third escape... which would set it up nicely for a sequel

Great addition to the series. Overall, solid game that plays a little like doom. But, the game definitely has some downsides. Reviews mentioned 8-10 hours of gameplay for the campaign, but honestly it took about 5 total on the hardest setting. Currently, there is no NG+ or level select if you want to replay certain sections. There is some choppy bits and stuttering during cut scenes, but that is over shadowed by the outstanding core game play (you'll need to have updated drivers or the game stutters as well). Story is a continuation of SW2 so those who haven't played the series will be a little lost. That being said, I really enjoyed this game and look forward to any future updates FWH bring to the game.

If Diablo 3 didn't suck, and was an MMO.

Honestly, the game gets better with each patch and update. While the core game still needs some love, it is still an enjoyable experience. You'll see a lot of the people crying about the game still have tons of hours invested already. If 2042 doesn't do it for you, Portal is worth the price of admission alone.

Personally, this game plays better than GTFO. If you enjoyed that type of game play give this one a try.

This game is honestly a blast to play. The only downside for me is matchmaking and connection issues.
