EHG was quick to fix server issues. The game is excellent and if you are an ARPG's fan I would highly suggest giving this a try. I believe load times to be worse in lower level areas where there are more players right now, as at higher levels I really haven't had a lot of issues.
I can tell that a lot of thought and passion was put into this game, and I hold hope that it will continue to be put into this game moving forward.
