I was extremely surprised by how much content there was to play through. 25-30 hours of game time is a really good amount of time for this game. The extra 5 ish hours game from the dungeon crawl aspect of the game. The world building of this game was also a nice surprise to have while playing through. My experience with this game was figuring the content would stop at 10 hours, but it kept going even further after that. I would highly recommend this game to those who enjoy engaging world building and mini games along the way.

My one critique of the game would be how fast certain characters or introduced aspects are dropped off. It feels like a quarter of the encounters have the most content while the rest are there to make that quarter look better. It would be amazing if there would be an opportunity to expand those characters and aspects a little more to help everything tie a little closer together, I am trying not to be too specific to avoid spoilers.

I would really recommend this game to all gamers who love fighters and anime fans alike. I thought the gameplay was just tap a button to win but as i kept playing there were more mechanics to it that werent all that complicated to pick up on. Although the game says it supports controller and it does; there are still some kinks to be sorted out to make it a 100% enjoyable experience.

As my first Final Fantasy game, I am glad this was my first. There were some disappointments in how the main story was organized upon the game's initial release, but over time with updates and new expansions Final Fantasy XV (XV) has gotten a really good story with 3 other main characters with great background alongside the main protagonist. I have played XV twice on the PS4 and when the windows release came out I wanted to get it because the battle mechanics are very memorable to me and the upgrades you get make the battles in-game seem very spectacular and worth playing through again.
