Early Access Review
While writing a review when you buy this game, but can't run it above 6 FPS with your inadequate laptop seems to be a laughable and reasonably facepalmable idea... I can understand that, but I regret nothing. I intentionally did that, not to see if I can run it on my poor man's portable machine just for laughs, giggles and lols (or any other autistically-deranged idea)... but in order to support the developers, who have entrusted the help with development to the community, and helped revive the game with this daring move. And I must say, it was a nice and wise one.

Yes, I have bought an OST bundle of this game on purpose, to show that I want to see the game grow and become a thing. A thing that will be on par with AAA competitive slop (pardon me) that focuses mostly on... everything wrong, instead of being actual games that are both fun and challenging. I am sure there will be skeptics, and they will be skeptical about a lot of things (me included), but you can't live your life if you will not give something a bit of hope and chance.

Back to the topic, like I said, I want the game to thrive. With its unique quirk being randomized maps, limited resources and the need to use and conserve them carefully, pre-planning with drawing, which reminds me of original Rainbow Six games (which Siege clearly lacks), and also pixel-art-like Cyberpunk style, Due Process is making a statement. And now since its anti-cheat now supports Linux... we're going the right way where most AAA games don't dare (or don't want, naively) to go.

I will update the review once I will be able to play the game properly. But, for now, I want to wish luck to GEO Corp and blessing in making the game stand the test of time, no matter what will happen in the future. WIth how AAA games are going lower and lower in standards and only existing to ransom the players out of their money for any little sneeze they do, indies seem to be saint and leading towards the bright future. I am not saying that exceptions to what I said don't exist, but the current state of gaming and the current times are taking us somewhere. All we need to do... is to make sure that the future will be bright.
