For a while, Stout Shakos will remain at 2 refined. Then, slowly but surely, people will start wanting 3 refined for their Stout Shakos. Then 4, 5, even 6 refined. At the end of it all, one will have to trade an entire backpack's worth of refined for a single stout shako.
