I don't usually do reviews but this game is a fantastic rougelike. As the CEO of Death INC. you are overworked and would like a nice vacation, too bad your department heads (and pesky guard) are WAY too efficient, money hungry, or lazy(looking at you GUARD). Head through the various departments and show them who's boss, be warned though, it won't be easy. Everything from the art to the characters is dripping with charm and personality. The combat feels fun and varied with different weapons, spells and upgrades that all feel good to use. Big enemy in the way, why not try THE GIANT FIST(s) or Unga Bunga them with a hammer? Flying enemies that are pelting you at a range? Don't mind If i cast some homing/Aoe spells! You may always start with your trusty scythe but it can be upgraded and transformed to change up how the weapon combos with different curses. SPEAKING OF...Curses are your randomly obtained perks you can grab throughout the run. These curses can range anywhere from giving you a small boost in health to your scythe and all its' transformations doing BUTTLOADS more damage, heck they can even infuse all your attacks with poison or lightning strikes. All in all I enjoy this game and I am very excited to see what else it has to offer on its final release and any future updates.
