Night Call is very fun,
Among Ashes is pretty fun too.
Some of the puzzles were a little unclear; I think beyond what was intended, but otherwise I had a great time with it.

The game is fun; I'm enjoying the Single Player experience, but I have just discovered there is no way to queue with firends.
None. You can team up with randos you meet, but you cannot group up with your IRL friends in any way; a game that came out in 2022, trying to survive in 2025, and you cannot play with your friends.

So the monetization is jank, but the base game's fun as-is;
Not nearly as sweaty as tarkov or anything (translation: I'm having fun).
I got it on sale for $20, it is absolutely $20 of fun imo.

Pros:
- Mechs and guns and all that feel good; wheel-controls a little jank, but otherwise play feels good.
- Moderate amount of AI waifu customization.

Cons:
- Jank menu controls
- Random (infrequent) stuttering in menus/station; less often in mision ironically.
- Battlepass will probably become annoying at some point, but not yet.

Bought it after seeing it in a video; thought it looked fun. I figured I'd play it a few times, give this dev $3.
Little did I know I'd be opening it for a few quick runs every 3-4 hours over the weekend.
Some jank present, but more than enough fun to make up for it, 9/10

Feels like a game developed for a 2011 audience.
Yes, it's graphical fidelity is top-notch. No, it does not have as many micro transactions as other Korean MMOs.
I cannot say much else positive about the game, which is a tragedy. I have a soft spot for Lineage II, and I was excited for the next spiritual successor to that legacy, but I have barely played this game for an hour, and I do not feel compelled to play more.

I am always saddened when so much time and resources goes into something that does not reflect the amount of effort put into making it. That is years of peoples lives they will not get back, spent on a game that came out mid.

These devs have never touched any sort of gun-based game in their life.
I cleared the first couple of areas by standing in place and shooting my base gun.
There are areas where they want you to 'get to the enemies' and they're VISIBLE and IN RANGE.
You can't just slap some Warframe onto a Halo and call it a Destiny, omg.
