Counter-Strike 2 was marketed as a next-gen upgrade, but beneath the shiny new engine, it’s an absolute playground for cheaters. Valve’s so-called "VAC Live" is a complete joke. Leaving the game's architecture this vulnerable to low-level bypasses and basic exploits is a massive failure in software development and basic security.

While competing titles use robust, modern anti-cheat systems to protect their integrity, Valve stubbornly relies on outdated, passive detection methods. Cheat developers are running circles around them with zero effort. The result? Premier matchmaking is completely unplayable. The leaderboards are infested with blatant spin-botters, and legitimate players are punished for simply trying to play a fair match. It's pathetic that the community has to rely on third-party platforms like FACEIT just to get a functional competitive experience.

Valve's ongoing silence is insulting. Stop shipping minor patches and weapon cases while ignoring the glaring vulnerabilities in your core infrastructure. Until a real, modern anti-cheat is implemented, CS2 isn't a competitive tactical shooter—it's just a massive waste of time.
