Only Photoshop I've used is CS2; I never tried or even heard of PS Lightroom.

For Photoshop to work with Source, you need the VTF plug-in for it or the DDS plugin from nVIDIA (and then using the VTFEdit to create VTF from DDS files).

Nothing wrong so far. No weight mappings (model skin weights, not like carrying weights) issues. However, I want to add more stuff on it so it assumes Kaho stole military equipment and sewn it to her uniform. ;)

I end up using the Shojo Mod, but used parts of Angelica mod (Angelica's face is too anime-ized and easily breaks when trying to mess with the flexes to suit my character). I once used your Shojo beret, but not enough hats for my type. I used a hat resizer, but almost every hair I pick keeps balding me (unless the said hair is vanilla due to tag).

The new GMod allows addons, even without the info.txt and addon.txt, but I can't fully confirm that.

Some maps I tried running crash GMod.

Faceposing is broken right now.

Fixed the invisible fire problem; rather deleted legacy addons and mods I collected particles folder and deleted them.

However, the GMod 12 spawnlists will not work. You have to go to the ALL folders to look for GMod 12 addons and they are not ordered.
