You must join groups like Sir Please, Asylum, T1 Error, Hot Mess, Solaris etc... people normally make annoucements like e.g. MIX DC/T1 Parish/ZONEMOD HR - u join them (in lobby) and they start the game, but u must play with 0 lerp and must be good or know what youre doing (u have 177 hrs) bcs there are people with 4000+ hours who take the game very seriously and u might be kicked, so if I were you I would stick to official servers and then eventually find a friend who plays on zonemods or t1s and he would teach you how to play these configs properly.
