For a free game it's okay but the controls are unfortunate. Maybe I had a unique bug, but I could only walk while panning the camera around. Had a general feeling of being slapped together in regards to controls as well as menu interaction. Such a seemingly simple feature of basic game design that this can't properly implement.
I can't recommend it unless you have a controller.

Some pilots can outskill me, maybe. But I've yet to meet a pilot who can outskill nuke.

What if you had ArmA, made it an arcade game, but kept the boring logistics and added production and resource management? You get a lot of pain, a lot of grinding, and more pain when you get ambushed by a tankette as you carry the entire reserve of shells to the artillery emplacement.

Still fun tho

I had my entire fleet placed in perfect strategic order, with multiple squad formations moving to multiple locations surrounding the enemy fleet simultaneously. I lost every offensive ship and my mothership within minutes. If you like learning curves, this is for you, and it's fairly steep.

I locked my friends in a room with a monster that kills everytime you blink. I cried. With joy.

If you've ever played ArmA just to spawn a bunch of tanks and planes, this is pretty much that, but larger, cheaper, and fun(ner?). Seriously, it's incredibly fun, fairly fast (will run on pretty much any toaster), and has replayability like no other. Now that it has workshop support, the only thing better than this would be multiplayer, and that's just adding an inch to a mile.

There is quite a steep learning curve involved, but in the long run, you'll eventually learn to get in and out of vehicles just as I have today.

You can spawn goats with artillery cannons on their back.
9/11 would make kebabs proud.
