This game was disappointing. The videos and pictures on the store page make it look super silly and interesting, but the game itself doesn't have any of these interesting game play mechanics and moments. Don't get me wrong, there are funny bits, but the game as a whole falls a little flat. I feel like we got the wrong version of the game.

Plus, many game mechanics obviously lazy work-arounds, or are completely unused entirely. For example, the three red x's you get for dying serve no purpose that i could find, the items you choose for the boat barely change the game at all, and the finger gun mechanic was only used twice (in situations that could have been more interesting or funny with other mechanics).

Toilet Chronicles felt like a tech demo, and should have lead up to a full, more interesting and well rounded game.But this game felt like the same style unfinished meme game with no direction.

A developer that listens to the audience. A rare sight!
