If you finally get this game to run, what can take way to long, you can actually enjoy an amazing game. Even though you can argue that some features weren´t necessary for the RPG expeierence, but the overall immersion really profiuts of the variety of activities.
The first hours are absolutely satinning because you really feel like being in the wizarding world. Even though it´s been a long time since i read the books as a child, I was avle to recall an incredible amount of details. Like the secret passage to the honey pot or the painting of Sir Cadogan, just to name a few.
The combat is actually really enjoyable and at least on the hardest difficulty was actually challanging at som times.
The Mod-Support is really great and adds the final touch at least for me.
Im really looking forward to thew sequel now after finishing the game.

I was really hyped for this Game, but especially after i have tried it this free weekend im glad i didnt bought it. Its really sad that the movement feels so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clumsy. The biggest problem, however, is how buggy the game still is. I don't even want to imagine what it must have been like when it was released. I'm constantly getting frame drops and about 1-3 an hour I get blue screens. I think I´m going back playing Dying Light 1 and maybe in a few months the game is running better. I'm really very disappointed, I can't and don't want to say anything about the rest of the game at this point. Because of this, the game is really crappy, so I haven't played it very far yet.

Auch nach vielen Jahren immer noch großartig, für mich ist Outlast unter den Horror-Spielen einer der absoluten "must play"-Klassikern.

Großartiges Spiel! Macht einfach Spaß das Gameplay ist sehr gut und fühlt sich toll an. Außerdem ist die Story sehr gut umgesetzt und es macht Spaß sie zu verfolgen. Obwohl es schon recht alt ist macht es immer wieder Spaß mal ein paar Attentate zu begehen.
