Ignore all the idiotic haters who are are just hear to bait and who obviously haven't even played the game. I've only played it for a few hours so far but my initial impressions are very good and these days for a day one release it's actually great that I've yet to find any bugs, it hasn't crashed once and it runs smoothly.

The graphics are fine but they do look a little dated, however on my 3080ti it runs smoothly at 4k around 80 to 100fps with no stutters whatsoever even with 32 cars on track. I don't have any complaints about the graphics but in 2025 I would have expected it to look a little better for example Assetto Corsa Rally using the Unreal engine looks awesome.

Out of the box the FFB is really very good and right up there with the best. Lots of feel for what the car is doing and the road texture, bumps and curbs seem pretty authentic and it's a lot better than many recent sims. I've not felt I need to fiddle with the FFB settings to tweaks them as yet but there are a ton of settings available to do so.

I've not tried all the cars as yet but the the ones I have handle very nicely indeed and the more beastly ones such as the 917k and BMW 320 Turbo are huge fun. The on and slightly over the limit feel from the FFB and the friendly way the tyres loose and recover grip means you can push cars very hard and hold lovely long slides. The handling feels really alive and you can happily adjust the balance with your right foot.

I've only done a few races so far but the AI seems nowhere near as bad as the haters have made it out to be. So far I've not had to restart races because of dumb AI causing pileups at the start which is what happens in most sims. I have however been bumped into a couple of times by AI when overtaking down the inside and them not yielding giving me room and just turning into me (maybe the AI is based on Max Verstappen) so the AI is not perfect but it's not terrible either and certainly no worse than other sims.

As I said I can't yet comment on all the cars but so far I'm having a blast ragging the older cars around and am glad to say it's been a trouble free experience to boot.
