Quite good for what it is, and is some of my favorite characterization of these characters. I would have preferred it if there was a bit more of having the player engaging in the logic of the mystery itself though, rather than Tails kinda stringing you along that way (funny as that is!)

A prelude to a potential meditative masterpiece. I can easily see the sequel to this game being my Game of the Year.

I think the concept of the game is great, the writing is good as I would expect from this developer, and the characters are fun! Good tunes too.

The game was really buggy when I first played it some months back, but the game is a lot better now and the dev communicated this to me through Steam DMs no less! So that's awesome

For most of this game I was rather disappointed, however, the final boss really turned it around for me... It turned me on. Seriously this is the best final boss that I have ever played in any video game, and quite frankly I don't think there's something out there that can top it. I love the sheer spectacle of seeing the whole boss area spin. It's really an incredible sight to see.

For me this Final Boss is the first truly Final Boss for me personally, for after I have beaten this game, I have sworn to never play a video game ever again because I know that there is no way that I can see an ending that would top that one. Thank you SEGA, thank you Sonic Team, and especially thank you DIMPS. I'm still holding out for Episode 3.
