I wanted to write you this letter to say how incredibly proud and happy I am for you. Coming out as gay is a powerful, personal milestone—and I know it doesn’t come without a lot of thought, emotion, and, most of all, courage. You’ve taken a step that many struggle with for years, and you did it with honesty and strength. That deserves recognition, admiration, and love.

You being gay doesn't change who you are to me. You’re still Mr. Snow—thoughtful, kind, funny, and loyal. But now you’re also Mr. Snow, the openly gay friend who had the guts to say, “This is who I am.” And that version of you? I respect him even more.
