It is a wonder that Valve promote toxicity, and several user on forum make false accusation against me of having main account with out evidence. And using bot as moderator show laziness by Valve. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Valve "fired" their community moderators a couple years ago and replaced them with a paid moderation service as far as I know. But either way it's not necessarily malicious. The issue is that it's very easy to derail discussions and annoy everyone by being dishonest and making use of various fallacies. There's no rules against that and identifying it requires context you only get from being heavily involved in the discussion. I honestly don't know the solution to that problem.

@ThorN: Valve moderator are full of selfish elitist that often side with trolls that commit numerous violations but do not receive adequate comeuppance. It is a wonder Gabe Newell is ignorant by not fixing bad moderation.

Lol they locked the Stop Killing Games thread for having "devolved into non-productive argument"? I just wanna know how it was any different than ten months and 2500 posts ago. Very sad to see three weeks before the deadline. Regrettably, as always Steam moderation proves to be just the lowest trash tier.
