A beautiful homage to my childhood and all the nostalgic memories it brings flooding back ♥

The game is gorgeously re-optimized offering new customization features that were not available on the old versions of this game. Everything has a brand new coat of paint on it but with the same old school story and functions we grew to love. This is the game that has made me fall in love with Harvest Moon or what is now known as on here as "STORY OF SEASONS". If you like cute, slow paced, farming sims with a family element this would be a great addition to your library.

Addictive, can be a grind/challenge or a walk in the park depending on how you customize your settings.
I wish you could have NPC hairs and clothes because I feel like the woman avatar you play as is a bit bulky and masculine but the face models are the same/similar at least and there's like one hair option that's the same as the NPC females, so I wish there was more cosmetic options and content, and I also think having a large manor or castle building would be fitting, but overall I love the game and want to rebuild my city many times as my heirs grow and my legacy continues, but I do hope we continue to get new content and updates!

I've had this game on my wishlist for a long time, was excited to see it was released! But there must be some sort of error to the release as the game is EXTREMELY unplayable. There are bugs as soon as you get to the starting menu. You start your game and you're prompted to name your studio, upon naming it if you backspace the entire game crashes. If you manage to progress further, you are prompted to hire actors/actresses, this is an extremely buggy process that could also turn into your game crashing (if you're able to even hire the correct actor/actress you wanted!). All your actors/actresses will be censored with a big black block. Animations with straight couples work but animations with gay couples are bugged and broken, there is one animation that works, the riding animation is broken. If you got far enough to produce a movie (which is possible though pointless as the bugs will eventually ruin your progress) then when naming your movie you will experience problems capitalizing your films titles, your employees will also randomly quit and will randomly swap into other actors/actresses you didn't hire. The game overall is unplayable, a buggy mess, has extreme potential and I greatly hope it changes, but until then I think there was a serious mistake with the release and though it is cheap, it's completely broken and not worth any money right now. I'm sorry to the developer but this game isn't ready yet as much as we all want it to be!
