*Game given to me by my steam sugardaddy*

This review is based on 343 general douchebaggery instead of the games themselves. Shoot alien space opera still holds up over the years. There aren't many things I loved when I was 13 that I still do today, and Halo is one of them.

The assortment of random crashes, unfixed bugs that will never be fixed (as stated by the developers), and art design is why I can't recommend this.

Here's a good example: Were you thinking of playing Halo 3 campaign online with a friend or two? Good luck, that ♥♥♥♥'s unplayable. You can play solo or couch co-op just fine, but online the lag is so bad for all players involved that it's unplayable. I don't mind jumping through some hoops to play a game I love, but there's nothing to be done about that. The developers know about this, and it's one of those problems that will never be fixed.

Halo 1 and 2 remaster look really nice. However, if you play on heroic difficulty or above like most Halo fans: you'll find yourself switching to the original graphics every time you're in a fight. That's because the art design of the remasters didn't do a good job of differentiating enemies from terrain. It's not awful but compared to a game like DOOM 2016, where it's almost always obvious what you should be aiming at, and you can see a clear difference.

There's a 50/50 chance your game will either run seamlessly or have weird input lag for no apparent reason. A decent amount of my hours played were probably just me relaunching the game over and over again, because that sometimes fixed it. Before you say "Maybe it's your computer, RAMlet."; It's not. I'm so far above the specs of this game I should be able to play it with 2000 tabs on Chrome open at the same time without a hitch.

p.s. Also damn did they give remastered Miranda Keyes a punchable face. Girl looks like she always smells a fart.

I was surprised how much I enjoyed being a hobo.

If you ever see a stinky man rummaging through garbage at breakneck speed and sprinting through the alleys, that's probably me.

Not bad, but not great.

The enemy color scheme is annoying and obnoxiously bright for my cave monster eyes. I have to turn down my brightness so i'm not blinded.
The objectives are pretty fun and the map itself is neat.

Only annoying part is the end when you're doing quickplay. The endless spawns pile up fast on anything above champion when you have idiot teammates.

Fun with Co-op for the most part. Leon and Chris's campaign works fine and is fun with a friend and is relatively good. But the end boss on chris's campaign is just painful. If you're player 2 and playing his femboy companion the aiming is so frustrating. Boss took 20 minutes because I kept missing for no apparent reason.

Jake & Ada's campaign are broken in Co-op. If you're not the host in Jake's campaign some run sequences are literally unwinnable. Because there's a weird time delay between the host and player 2 you lose instantly or there's about 0.3 seconds of leeway. For the part where we were running from the Ustanak in the cave i died 27 times before we found out we had to perfectly sync our framerates and vsync settings and match speeds to get past it. The next level, where you run from a tank was completely impossible and i'd get run over instantly no matter what i did. Your only choice is to replay it on single player.

In Ada's campaign, if you play co-op player 2 can't interact with or help with any of the puzzles or story items. She has a grappling hook they were too lazy to implement for player 2 so you just teleport. There's a part where you fall through the floor and ada has to crawl away from saw blades that my host kept instantly dying at for no reason, just like my tank experience.

9/10 fun with a friend if you have a good sense of humor because this game is ridiculously stupid

4/10 gameplay. A real benchmark of bad game design and awful forced camera angles ESPECIALLY during run sequences. The aiming for guns is frustrating and your hands shake like you're 35 hours into a meth binge even with max level aiming skills. The melee prompts work half the time if you're lucky.

2/10 puzzles they're not difficult or fun, just tedious and annoying. Like for ones where you have to push things in the right place you can only do it one push at a time, stretching out the time to an infuriatingly sluggish pace for something a 5 year old should be able to solve in under a minute

6/10 graphics except the women are hot

0.5/10 story but that's a resident evil staple

We powered through 2 campaigns. I'd play this again as part of a drinking game or to laugh at it again, but not because it's actually fun to play.

There are still a lot of weird ass glitches, to name a few:

* Archers mysteriously air moonwalking to towers on a new island (harmless and still funny)

* Farmers, Builders, Archers, Trader acting like it's night after a portal's taken down (happens frequent but randomly; fixed with a save and restart of host)

* Catapults randomly sticking around, stacking up when you expand to a new wall. Most are invisible but still fire (Sticks around most of the time, helps unless a squad of Fatbois come rolling up)

* Catapults not recognizing a wall/ going to the wrong side (happens infrequently, not fixed on restart)

* Portals built by host not showing up/ showing as in construction to Co-op partner (Happens fairly regularly; fixed by rejoining host)

The game's real fun tho, surprisingly enthralling with the simple mechanics. Both environments are comfy, with a good bit of music so suck ya in. The gamebreaking bugs have mostly been fixed, and the rest is just a bit annoying considering how quickly the game reloads.

Kudos to the devs for all the QoL updates, patches, and continued updates. You're good noodles 🌟

Single player is fun.

But it's immediately obvious that Rockstar designed GTA Online as a platform to sell shark cards. The Gameplay is fun and addictive, between loading screens. Payouts are purposely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to encourage you to buy some cards.

There's a ♥♥♥♥ ton of bugs that were fixed in the laziest way possible, if at all. Car duplicate glitch where you can dupe an import/export car by leaving each others lobbies? Make it so that a car explodes if someone leaves a 2 man server.

Weird tele glitch when you walk through an invisible gap? ♥♥♥♥ it, now it kills you.

And where's my Akula armor you ♥♥♥♥♥
