Little Nightmare II is superior to the first game in almost every way. It is more horrifying, brutal and is longer than the original. My only fault with this game is the final level, which soon gets very tedious but the end result is very satisfying.

9/10 would travel with two abused children again

Spec Ops The Line is an action game that has matured like fine wine since it's release in 2012. The story follows your stereotypical shooter archetype of 'Angry American vs every ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in sight' until about two missions in where ♥♥♥♥♥ hits the fan.

The graphics are aged, as is to be expected of an almost decade old game, but they serve their purpose very well and the gunplay is satisfying.

Gameplay is similar to that of other cover to cover shooters such as gears of war, which makes blasting through enemies a breeze.

There is however one gripe with this game, a mission where there is a strobe effect that disorientates both the character and you as the player, this is both very annoying and painful to the eyes, but luckily it is just a brief segment.

7.5/10 would feel physically ill and commit war crimes again.

Little Nightmares is a beautiful game about that represents a not so beautiful subject: Child Abuse.

Positives: beautiful graphics, animation, world building and tension.
Negatives: Child Abuse and 'Tracking' errors from enemies. There is also a bit of immersion breaking as the lighter does not go out when wet. Sadly the game also does not allow you to use objects as a defence either.

Overall 9/10 would get abused as a child again.
