Wer zehnmal täglich mit einer harten Zahnbürste putzt, der schrubbt den Zahnschmelz ab und schadet damit seinen Zähnen. Zweimal täglich gründlich die Zähne zu putzen reicht völlig aus. Die richtige Putztechnik sollte man sich am besten von seinem Zahnarzt zeigen lassen.
