For a game that has been out ages it has some terrible bugs. Every time you save your game, it makes a new save, this is annoying when you get a Game Over as you then have to figure out which save to load. You can work around this, but it's a pain. What is really bad is that, if you save a few times without going through and deleting some of the new saves, you get to a point where the game tells you that you must delete a save before you can save. Now all the progress you made is lost.

Don't recommend, if I hadn't been given this as a birthday present then I'd be getting a refund.

A nice cosy game where you can take as long as you like to do whatever you want.
- Fancy building a rocket today? Sure.
- Want to take a day off to explore? Go ahead
- Got loads of gifts to give to the town folk? Enjoy
- Need to unlock new research? Have fun!

There's no penalty for taking your time and doing whatever you fancy. If you want to earn some money you can pick up a job or 3 in town and if you finish it early you get a bonus (but honestly no need to panic)

I've thoroughly enjoyed playing the game and I'm only about halfway through (going by the story based achievements).

An epic Final Fantasy game that has the right mix of story and adventure with great battles & music to go along with it.
My one complaint about this version is the achievements, taking down 10,000 enemies in a single game is too much (it would be ok if this was across all saves/multiple plays) and if you want to get this legitimately you'll be spending a long time mashing the ok button with the game playing in fast forward mode.

You will be tired of stealing with Zidane, you'll fast forward through the 20th calling of a summon and you'll get good at telling the difference between male and female frogs, but you'll never get tired of the well made FMVs. If you don't own this game, grab it now (and hope that maybe one day soon Square Enix will treat us to a remake of this epic game)...

Tomba (or Tombi as it was once known in Europe/Australia) is a great little 2.5~ish game. You play in a single 2D dimension but occasionally can move back and forth between the foreground and the midground. Some village areas are 2.5D style and allow you to talk to the inhabitants. The main focus of the game is to explore and help others out which will complete events (think quests) that can either help make game play easier, or are required to open up more areas to explore.

Overall it's a fun game brought back from the dead from the PlayStation 1 days, although this update adds in some nice new features (rewind mode, re-imagined music, bonus vids) it sadly suffers from over the top load times when you move from area to area (understandable in "PS1 on a disc" days but really shouldn't be a thing with 2024+ hardware and storage)

Good but could be loads better if they tried

A really enjoyable game that has a great eco theme to it. It can take some time to get the hang of it, and there's a potential to stuff up the first level early on, but once you know what to expect it's a good puzzler

Game is unplayable, while running in the waiting area it 'works' but as soon as you enter a match, even with settings at lowest possible, it becomes totally unplayable with huge lag spikes as you approach other players.

Would love to play the game, but have spent over 30minutes just trying to log into an EA account and add a friend... Maybe one day I can actually play this game...

This is a game I started playing with friends during lockdowns and was my go-to escapism during those days. There's nothing quite like sailing the open ocean exploring the world while trying to survive and build up your own raft from a tiny 4 squares into something you can live on.

Even though the story line has now been completed, I still find myself coming back and replaying this and playing on other peoples rafts. Highly recommend playing it, maybe with a friend on easy the first time, and later finding how much more fun doing it on normal alone (with a friend popping in from time to time, mostly probably to rescue you when you've died...)

This is an super great puzzle game that is reminiscent of the Myst series of games, although unlike them, this is fairly linear (which is not a bad thing, as it can help to focus you on what puzzle you need to solve next) but has a good story line.

Have you ever
Ever felt like this
How strange things happen
Are you gonna hit or miss?

Have you ever
Ever felt like this
How strange things happen
Are you gonna hit or miss?

Well have you heard the word about the horse and the cobra?
They wiggled and jiggled and got hit by an arrow.

Well, have you ever, ever felt like this?
How strange things happened
As the black hole goes round the twist?

Have you ever, ever got the flag?
