This isn't a game. This is a work of art, a masterpiece. This game will be put on 625 standard 3.5-inch floppy disks and put on display in a museum.

Game play is great. The narrative is a reminder Gearbox can still create a satisfying story that is actually interesting.

However, Performance is pretty bad. The Frame rate at least for me is stable thankfully, but around 50-60 FPS depending on how intense things get.

- RTX 2080
- i7-9700K
- 32GB RAM

For being on the lower end of the minimum requirement it works pretty well, so I can complain. I have only experience one crash in my ~13 hours of play. And my experience has so far been surprising bug free.

The game is not spyware. They do not have root access to your system. If any of these people would even take a bit to research, the privacy policy is the exact same as Sony Playstation's in which you agree to as soon as you create a PS account, Activision in which you agree to as soon as you create an account and/or you play one of their games, Microsoft in which you agree to when you create an account, activate Windows, etc, etc. Don't even get started looking into Apple products and the data they collect...

People are just freaking out over the standard, and for some reason only attacking Borderlands, instead of selling their playstations, removing Windows and replacing it with a Linux distro, selling their Xboxs, and deleting all of their email accounts.

Sure do privacy policies like this suck, yes. Unfortunately you are all way too late and out of the loop since this has been the standard for around a decade now.

Really fun so far!

For anyone who cant install the game even though you own the Gold edition, its not an issue with the game. It's a Steam issue, log out of the Steam client and log back in.

I am a 45 yo father, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single father to my Son, who is 14 now. My son got this game for Christmas in 2022 from his uncle, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So i decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside him. I loaded into the game and started playing but I was stuck on what you where supposed to do. I asked my Son for help and he hosted a game for me to join. I loved it as it was the best time I had spent with my Son since my wife had died. This game has ever since brought me and my son closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house together as well. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my Son many happy memories.
