ToD shouldn't be used at all. It's a cheap, stupid way to play a game like this. We didn't use it when we did NG+7 with the Calamity Ring equipped and you wouldn't have gotten ganked if you had bowed or did something that was honorable. We don't gank unless the person is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and, at least in that moment, you were a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
