I loved Monster Prom. When they originally announced Monster Camp, I was skeptical. I ended up buying it when it dropped to support the team, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm really excited to see the other portions of the game. If you enjoyed the original Monster Prom, I'm sure you'll enjoy this one. As I've yet to see how the future additions will be handled, I can 100% recommend buying if on sale. If it isn't on sale, then maybe wait.

Deathgarden had a rough start, but since the reboot it has been quite the blast. It's very fast-paced, and has been getting frequent updates based on the community. BHVR is going to have a great time with this IP if they continue to keep the momentum they got from the reboot and the recent free weekends.

I suck at Portal. I beat the original Portal with guides and shooting every surface to find solutions. Everybody says "Portal 2, so good, why haven't you beat it?" So I finally sat down and pounded my head over and over. I made it to Chapter 8 without any assistance. Met ball - changed ball - changed ball again. I enjoyed beating it more than playing it. It has so much going for it: graphics, characters, gameplay, even the story.

I wish I thought with portals.

Following Ace Academy, I was very excited for Crystalline. I really enjoyed the fact that the game is fully voiced and the character art is animated, it gave the characters more depth. While not a dating sim, I did find myself quite invested in the relationships of all the characters. It's a pretty simple visual novel, not too many choices, easy options, and little involvement.

I recommend it for fans of Ace Academy and anyone looking to test the waters of visual novels.
