Dead by Daylight, the only asymmetrical Horror Game of it's kind, is, as the name may suggest, quite asymmetrical. What I mean by that? Well, you will have matches in which you can play with both hands off the keyboard and still win while feeling like Otzdarva himself, then suddenly you'll find yourself at 2 hooks with 1 Gen left with the 2 Neas already prepping their Control Button for the Exit Gates.
The overall experience is quite nice, but you shouldn't expect a newbie friendly environment. You start off with basically nothing besides a towel and some old mags, all characters have to be unlocked by either playing the game and collecting the ingame currency for characters (original concept characters only), or you just give BHVR that small cut of your monthly sweet, sweet cash paycheck to unlock the characters without much hassle.
With all that being said, if you're ready to spend a few hours in this game, you'll probably have a really good time if you can ignore the community showing you a book into your hands titled "Why you shouldn't have fun".
