The Roon is a Tier 9 cruiser, so powerful and so adaptable, it can use it's guns to influence the pubbies to create mad damage... It has such a potential damage output that it could even make the pubbies it's against report the user. The Roon is a pathway to many tactics some may consider to be broken. It's so powerful... the only thing it's afraid of is getting nerfed, which eventually, of course, it will. Unfortunately, it teaches players everything they need to know, then they sell the Roon and move onto the Hindenburg. It's ironic, it could save others from playing worse tier 9s, but it gets sold anyway.
