It's okay - I guess the problem I have with this game is that it doesn't really work for me given the player is 6 different people.
The concept and art style is wonderful, however the fact that you have to ask the same basic questions repeatedly to every single NPC gets dull after the 3rd run. Had this been a longer road trip with one PC that would randomly run into the NPCs procedurally, such that the percentages of each NPC's path would really factor in to the end game by randomizing the number of times you run into them, the total narrative would have been stronger.

This could just be my play-through, but from what I ran into interactions with characters don't seem to show any changes in their behavior until you get to the end game. No matter how liberal you act with Fanny, she's still a ♥♥♥♥ cop that tries to arrest the player. Jarod hits a level of angry psychopath and reverts to calm drunk repeatedly. Sonya doesn't progress as a character, even while the world around her is changing and there's honest reason to doubt what the GNN wants her to report. Stan & Mitch never really advance as characters. The fact that Alex, Fanny, and John are the only characters that really do anything in the end game is frustrating. Hell Jarod has a line about going after Robert to 'cut the head off the snake' that never resolves - he spends election day sitting in a bar drinking watching TV.

That you as a player know what happened in '86 after the first run, and STILL have to talk with everyone in hushed mystery tones is kind of infuriating.

It's an interesting concept, and the story is ok, but it narratively gets dull after a while.
