You and your best mate, chained together like overcooked spaghetti, flailing wildly up a lava-filled hellscape while screaming encouragement and threats in equal measure. That’s Chained Together. And it is chef’s kiss madness.

We played in 2-player linear mode, which I now fondly refer to as “Friendship: The Tightrope Edition.” One moment, you’re scaling platforms with the grace of gazelles. The next, you’re dragging your poor buddy into a pit of doom because you sneezed mid-jump. It’s fun, it’s frustrating, it’s fabulously chaotic.

You will laugh, you will cry, and you will absolutely blame each other for everything. ("Why did you jump THEN?! I was lining up the swing!") But every triumph feels hard-earned and heroic — even if you got there by pure accident and a shared love of yelling, “WAIT, WAIT, WAIT—JUMP!”

Final verdict: 10/10 would get emotionally chained to my gaming partner again. It’s the kind of game that makes you question your coordination, your communication skills, and your sanity… but in the most gloriously unhinged way possible.

As someone who literally snapped the head off my pitching wedge mid-round yesterday (RIP, little buddy), I can confidently say PGA Tour 2K25 is a far less destructive way to enjoy golf. This game lets me live out my dreams of playing flawless rounds, crushing drives down the fairway, and actually sinking putts—none of which happened in real life.

From the moment I teed off, it was clear 2K has dialed in the mechanics to feel even more fluid and satisfying. Whether you’re shaping shots like a pro or just trying to keep it out of the virtual trees, the controls strike a perfect balance between challenge and accessibility. And the customisation? Insane. You can tweak everything from your golfer’s attire to their swing style, so even if you’re a hacker IRL (no judgment, I'm one...), you can look and play like a tour pro here.

But the real star of the show is the Career Mode. The rivalries, the sponsorships, the pressure to make that final putt—it’s all there, minus the risk of breaking expensive clubs in frustration. Plus, the commentary is a mix of insightful and unintentionally hilarious, which is exactly what I need when I inevitably three-putt from 10 feet.

Now, about multiplayer... I was really looking forward to this being the best part of the game. Unfortunately, it’s an absolute dumpster fire. Matchmaking with stick swing is a joke—clunky, frustrating, and borderline unplayable. I genuinely can’t see myself touching MP again, which sucks, considering that’s why I bought the damn game in the first place. Unless 2K fixes this mess, I’d avoid MP altogether.

All in all, PGA Tour 2K25 nails the single-player experience but completely whiffs on multiplayer. If you’re in it for the solo grind, it’s fantastic. If you were hoping for a smooth online experience, prepare for disappointment.

10/10 for single-player, 2/10 for multiplayer—would recommend only if you plan to play solo. ⛳🔥

Would you like to know what makes you a good citizen of Super Earth? Do you enjoy democracy delivered at the pointy end of a laser rifle? Helldivers 2 might just be your patriotic paradise.

This ain't your daddy's Starship Troopers (although, let's be real, those guys probably wouldn't have lasted two minutes here). Helldivers 2 throws you into the meat grinder of intergalactic war, where the bugs are just as numerous and the friendly fire is just as… friendly.

Campaign? We got propaganda films! You'll be blasting bugs and cyborg menaces across a variety of hostile planets, all in the glorious name of spreading democracy (and probably making a healthy profit off those sweet, sweet bug pelts). Missions are varied and chaotic, with objectives ranging from “kill all the creepy crawlies” to “don't accidentally nuke your squad while calling down an airstrike.”

The shooting is tight, the voice acting is delightfully cheesy, and the odds are always stacked against you. Just like a good citizen of Super Earth! There's a metric ton of weapons and stratagems to unlock, from trusty shotguns to orbital carpet bombs (use with caution, friendly fire is a national pastime). The best part? You can rain down that sweet democracy from a top-down perspective, just like a true Mobile Infantry hero (except with less existential dread and more hilarious screams).

Is it all sunshine and propaganda posters? Well, soldier, the servers have been a bit buggy at launch (much like the actual bugs you'll be blasting). And some folks might find the difficulty a bit… persuasive. But hey, what's a little friendly fire between comrades-in-arms, right?

Overall, Helldivers 2 is a fantastic co-op shooter that will have you yelling glorious platitudes and apologizing profusely in equal measure. Just remember, citizen: The only good bug is a communist bug! Now get out there and spread some democracy! (And maybe pack a medkit… just in case.)

Ah, my fellow wizards, I simply must take a moment to share my thoughts on the release of "Hogwarts Legacy"! I have been eagerly anticipating the chance to explore this exciting new game set in our beloved world of magic.

First and foremost, I must say that the graphics are positively stunning. From the towering spires of Hogwarts Castle to the misty Forbidden Forest, the attention to detail is simply enchanting. And the gameplay itself is a thrilling adventure, with magical duels, potion brewing, and the chance to explore every nook and cranny of our beloved school.

Now, some may have concerns about the timeline of the game being set in the late 1800s, but fear not my dear students! As a wizard who has lived through many eras, I can assure you that this is merely an opportunity to delve deeper into the rich history of our magical world. Plus, who wouldn't want to see Hogwarts before the invention of modern plumbing?

I have even heard whispers of the chance to encounter some of our most beloved magical creatures, from nifflers to hippogriffs. And let us not forget the most important aspect of any wizarding adventure: the chance to make new friends and forge lasting bonds. I, for one, cannot wait to see what further mischief and mayhem players will get up to with their fellow students.

In short, my dear friends, "Hogwarts Legacy" promises to be a magical journey unlike any other. As a fellow student and wizard to be of Hogwarts, I give it my highest recommendation. So dust off your broomsticks, grab your wands, and prepare to immerse yourself in a world of wonder and enchantment. I will see you all in the halls of Hogwarts!

Battlefield 2042 is the game that promised to be the ultimate warzone but ended up being a battlefield of disappointment. As a fan of the series, I eagerly anticipated its release, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The graphics are sleek and polished, but the gameplay could be more appealing and responsive. The new features and modes could be more impressive and meaningful to the experience. And don't even get me started on the bugs and glitches. It's like the game was deployed straight from the beta test. The game's multiplayer aspect is also a letdown, with matchmaking issues and balance problems. It's a shame. I was ready to take on the world with my squad, but instead, I felt like I was left to fight a losing battle. If you're looking for a game that will provide a satisfying and immersive experience, I suggest you look elsewhere. It's a disappointment.

Hark ye, adventurers! Gather round and listen close, for I bring you news of a game most grand. Demeo, thy name is whispered in taverns and campfires alike, and for a good reason. This game is a veritable treasure trove of strategy and cunning, with a dash of luck thrown in for good measure. The graphics are like a dragon's hoard, glittering and polished to perfection. The gameplay is smooth as a paladin's sword and just as satisfying. The replayability is as endless as the Underdark. In short, Demeo is a game fit for a king and a king's ransom. Go forth, brave souls, and roll the dice on this one. Ye shall not be disappointed.

As a 40-year-old gamer, I have seen my fair share of first-person shooters, but Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 stands out as one of the best. The graphics are top-notch, the gameplay is fast-paced and intense, and the story is engaging and emotionally charged. The game's multiplayer aspect is where it truly shines, with various modes and maps that keep the action fresh and exciting. The level of realism in the game is impressive, from the weapons and equipment to the environments. It's a true testament to the developers' attention to detail. The game also has a great replayability value; I found myself returning to it repeatedly. It's a great way to relive the past memories of playing similar games. Overall, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is a must-have for any fan of first-person shooters and an excellent game for older gamers.

Icarus is the game that will take you to the heights of space exploration! As a seasoned space adventurer, I have seen many games come and go, but none have entirely captured the thrill of discovery like this one. The graphics are breathtaking, with stunningly realistic planets and galaxies that will transport you to the far reaches of space. The gameplay is challenging and intense, with a unique and engaging combat system that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The sense of exploration and discovery is palpable as you uncover new planets, species and secrets. The game's multiplayer aspect adds an extra layer of excitement as you team up with other players to complete missions and explore the galaxy together. I highly recommend this game to any space enthusiast looking for a thrilling adventure that will test your skills and take you to the edge of the unknown.

EVE, oh EVE, the vast expanse of the galaxy is yours to explore! As a space explorer, I have journeyed through many a sector and system, but none have captivated me quite like this one. The graphics are out of this world, literally. The stars shine bright and the planets gleam with a realism that will leave you in awe. The gameplay is smooth and intuitive, making it easy to navigate the vast reaches of space. The player-driven economy and politics add depth to the game and make it feel like you are truly a part of a living, breathing universe. And the sense of danger and adventure is ever-present, as you never know when you'll come across a hostile pirate or a valuable resource. EVE truly is the ultimate space adventure, and I highly recommend it to any aspiring space explorer.

Dead Space is out of this world! (Literally) The gameplay is so intense it'll make your heart race faster than a Necromorph. The graphics are so good with this remake you'll swear you're really in space. The story is so captivating that you'll be on edge until the end. It's like a horror movie, but you're the star. I highly recommend this game to anyone looking for a thrilling and terrifying experience. It's a blast!
