The Factory Must Grow

BUY IT!

This game is simply perfect. The gameplay is simple, the art is beautiful and anyone who like Norse mythology is going to love the story.

Go out there and slay some giants!

DISCLAIMER: The DLC for this game is a must have, it includes some of the best stuff about this game, like the speedrun mode.

Super House of Dead Ninjas: 9.5/10

This is easily one of my favorite 2D sidescroller. Controls are tight, music and artstyle are spot on, gameplay is fast paced and the levels are randomly generated. The goal of the game is really simple: go down the tower and survive. The goal being simple doesn't make it easy; YOU WILL DIE A LOT.

You are equiped with a main sword, projectiles, bombs and magic. You unlock different weapons, power-ups (random drops you get from killing enemies), permanent updrades and alternate costumes by completing various challenges like getting 250 000 points or killing a certain boss without taking damage. There is 3 difficulty levels and 3 different towers to choose from. There is also a Boss Rush and a Speedrun mode with online leaderboards. The game also comes with a level editor that works with Steam Workshop so you can share your maps with everyone.

The only problem I have with the game is that some weapons (4-5 in total) are made obsolete by stronger versions of the same weapon. For exemple, the Katana: if you unlock the Katana+ there is no point in using the default one. I just wish the updraded version would replace the default one so we could have 4-5 extra weapons instead of them being basically duplicates.

Great gameplay, Great music, the large variety of both items and monsters makes the game fun basically forever. A must have in my opinion.
