In it's current state, the game is -at best- half-baked.

Bugs on top of bugs on top of bugs.

Performance is abysmal on an i5 11400 and RTX 3060

Core simulation concepts are broken or not working as intended.

You are much better off getting Cities:Skylines I and using mods and available DLCs.

I got BF2042 for 42 euros, and I got this game for 15.

It's worth about 80 euros more than BF2042.

Since the devs started to (kinda) listen to the community, the game is gradually improving, even though in a very slow pace
