The game’s interface is clean and intuitive, and the visuals are both detailed and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the overall experience.

One of the standout aspects of Hearts of Iron 4 is its vibrant modding community. The variety and creativity in the mods available are incredible, ranging from alternate history scenarios to humorous and meme-filled content. I’m only about 5 hours in and still working through my first route, so this isn’t a full review, but as someone who usually plays CS:GO, Escape from Tarkov, Rainbow Six, and HOI4, this was a wildly different experience… and I’m genuinely enjoying it.

Love Curse: Find Your Soulmate is my first real dive into the visual novel genre, and especially into a GL (Girls' Love) story, and it’s honestly been really chill and surprisingly emotional at times. I picked it up randomly out of boredom, thinking, “Why not try something new?” and it turned out to be a good call.

The art is clean and cute, with a soft style that suits the tone really well. Sure, some assets like backgrounds and poses are reused, but they don’t stand out much because the dialogue and storylines keep things engaging, especially depending on which heroine you choose to romance.

I’m currently focused on one route (Iris Wen), but I definitely plan to replay and explore the other characters later. The game feels relaxing, perfect for when you just want to sit back, read, and vibe with some tea or music in the background.

The voice acting is excellent. It’s all in Chinese, but the quality is super clear, and each voice matches the character really well. If you’re used to watching subbed anime, reading subtitles here won’t be a problem at all.

As for performance, it runs perfectly on my high-end PC, but honestly, it’s a visual novel. You could probably run this on a toaster and still have a good time.

If you’re even a little curious or just want something different from your usual action or strategy grind, this is 100 percent worth the price.
