Super Mario is in no way a rogue-like. I do not know how we even regressed to this point. Have the very essence of different terms been blurred to an unreadable point? This argument is so incredibly dumb, you should not have any sort of rebuttal. You are comparing a game that was known for its random generation, steady progression, and one death system to a very linear and limiting game.
