This has been out for almost 8 years and it's still getting big updates.

Succeeded in Kickstarter, failed to meet promises, confirmed that it will not receive any updates, not even adding multiplayer.
Edit: These confirmations were from a short interaction with American McGee. Absolutely no plans to keep working on it.
