Short version: Stardew Valley if it took place in the Stone / Early Bronze Age.

Long version: Yeah pretty much like Stardew, but instead of the big bad being some corporation, it's just trying to uncover and resolve a wrong that was done some time ago.

You learn the land, befriend and care for your livestock, contribute to your clan so they in turn build the things you need, make friends with the villagers and other clans, raise a family, uncover the secrets of the caves, and progress the clan's knowledge & technology.

There's also a dash of collecting things. Seeds, fish, fruit trees, even the animals and their rarer variants.
(Tip: Grandpa Igrork operates a seed shop once the relevant idea is complete. When you buy out his seed stock, he'll restock the next day and have roughly double that seed available than the day before. You just have to find the first seeds in the wild. )

The game is very peaceful and relaxing, especially when you can change the day length to the maximum of 20 minutes. There's no combat or direct hunting, but you can set traps in a specific location or send off your animals in exchange for meat. There are also alternate ways of getting "meat", such as using beans. You can also make Almond or Coconut milk, and by extension, their respective cheeses. I didn't even know those were things irl, but apparently they are!

Now, for some reason, some people are having a hissy fit about "how dare you put in vegan options?1?!" and the rest of us are like.. dude.. People are gonna look for the best ways to use the resources they have. Like if someone grinds up some beans, cooks em, and goes "wow, this kinda tastes like meat," don't you think they'd use it as a substitute when meat gets scarce? It's not about veganism, it's about utilizing your limited resources in a clever manner.

And, ya know, relaxing in a damn video game.
