Additionally, depending on your setup - there are mobo/bios that also have overclocking, like PBO or PBAO or whatever for amd - and those auto overclocking in the bios have caused crashing in legacy gta5 in the past. Obviously, you can tweak it/off in the bios. Some users instead used msi/oc apps to just underclock the cpu/gpu while in specific games (IIRC some also lower cpu max % in power usage but that be a YMMV thing). I'm not aware how it would behave in enhanced.. but didn't see any of that mentioned.
