I literally bumped into this guy on the street, when I say bumped into him I kinda mean it because he was just hunched over (not quite crouching) around a street corner. At first I thought he was sick and something and was kinda concerned and tried to help but when he turned around I quickly noticed this was not the case. He was still kind of hunched over and looked filthy with a sign around his neck asking for spare change and holding a can out to put coins into. I almost gave him some coin when I looked down and noticed he was wearing the newest Supreme Blood and Semen tracksuit pants so this guy must have been banking. I declined saying I thought he was going to scam me and before I could do anything else there was a sharp pain in my lower torso and I fell to the floor as he ran off. I had to go to hospital to get stitches and I never saw him again.
