This is a must for people who like mystery and intrigue in games. The story is compelling and I think it boasts the best user experience for a notetaking system in all of the mystery games I've played.

very cute and fun! I enjoyed the art style and game mechanics. The storytelling falters a bit at the end imo, but still well worth the price of admission

I thought this game was amazing! It's loads of fun for playing online for friends. The price is very low for the amount of time and fun I spent on it! It knows what it does and does it well. If I could suggest one improvement, I think it would be nice to have more customization of character models so that more players could feel included and represented.

I dressed up as frog detective at a wedding once and by God, I’ll do it again.

Barely any puzzles and a wonky new engine.

More importantly, I can't take a silly picture in-game and set it as my in-game phone's background anymore.

Actually beatable for people who are prone to seizures from flashing lights!

Bottom Line: This game's story will reel you in and then disappoint you immeasurably. Additionally, if you are here for the deck building, know that you just aren't going to get a satisfying experience for about two thirds of the game.

I don't care about complicated deck building mechanics. I love a good story with a fun twist, so I played this game with that in mind. A third of the way into the game, I was enchanted with the turn the story seemed to be taking. However, both the gameplay and the story took a nosedive after this. I became quite tired of the mechanics and the interest I had in the story quickly fizzled out due to a general lack of creativity and substance. I was ready for the game to be over by the end- the final major portion is so boring and plain looking that it seems like the developer may have simply run out of time or ideas.


Spoilers ahead, which I will mark: The final portion of the game is in a very dark room with a very simple holographic game board. This part of the game is incredibly boring with both gameplay and visual interest- and the least likable character in the game is running the show. His only personality trait is that he's overly critical. If you slog through the game to see the ending, your character is killed in real life and the game itself appears to be deleted. There are no answers to the questions that the game poses- not a single loose end is tied up.

The game is clearly an ARG- I could see that pretty early on. As a fan of mystery ARGs, I was hopeful that the ending could still be good once folks figured it out.

Hitler was the big bad reason for all of this bad stuff all along. It is as if a talented writer conceived of the story and then handed it off to a 12 year old who spends too much time on Reddit.
