Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. Communicates reasonably well, but not someone you would choose to present a case effectively or to get across detailed instructions. pol mom trabuco duro generally seems to listen to others and take on board their views. Able to concentrate and stay focused for short periods of up to an hour but tends to drift after this if not presented with a new task. Aiming for a top job in the organization. They set very high standards, aware that this will bring attention and promotion.
