This has been delightful so far. I tweaked some options so I have a minimap, because I have the directional sense of a cheese wheel, and I've been enjoying just putting together a party and doing some questing :D

I decided to poke my head back in and see how it was going. The answer is poorly. The game itself is pretty fun, I enjoyed getting up to around lvl 10 in the early zones. Goofing around, killing cultists, bandits, ya know, elder scrolls stuff. Decided to go see how much it would be to catch up on the past expansions, so I can slowly quest through them over time.

I am uninstalling the game now. Its a combination of ungodly expensive, confusing, and stupid. DLC and Content packs are separate things? Some dlc is only on the crowns store, not on steam, some of the content packs on steam may or may not include the DLC from the crown store? What the ♥♥♥♥ is happening? Does the sub include everything? No apparently not, it does not include one of the content packs and 2025 stuff, which, is that a DLC, or a pack, or something new and exciting and different that isn't included in anything?

I give up, ♥♥♥♥ you, I'm just going to mod skyrim again.

Beware, the game is poorly optimized. I can run cyberpunk at higher settings, with less upscaling and less framegen. Yes it is pretty, yes it is a cool remaster, but I can't enjoy it because my PC can't run it.

YOUR FRAMERATE WILL BE LIKE HALF WHAT IT IS IN THE TUTORIAL AREA. For me, I went from a relatively rough but playable 60-70 down to a stuttery 30-40. And framegen is awful latency and stutter wise if you don't have a steady 60 to start with.

I hope they can improve the performance, otherwise I'm not gonna be getting this for a while, and probably on sale when I do finally have the PC to run it.

Great rpg, lots of quests and great stories to experience, fun combat with a lot of unique skills, weapons, vehicles, and ways to engage with the game. My favorites so far have been:

Installing malware on other people so they explode/burst into flames
hucking knives at people like some kind of circus performer
using smart weapons to curve bullets around cover or corners

Under the poor performance the game seems neat, I like the movesets of the weapons so far, and the monsters seem fine too, it just hurts to have the game run so badly. I really hope they keep working on it and patching it, but we'll have to see.

In it's current state, I'd wait for it to go on sale, or until the game gets some patches. Its performance is just rough.

Edit2: They aren't gonna fix it, and I wish I could've refunded it. Most of my playtime was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with settings trying to get it to run decently.

Really fun game with a story that really made me want to keep playing so I could learn more about all the weird interesting things going on in this world.

Is fun, skins are very spendy, but the whole roster is free. I want an option to disable the profanity filter, I'm an adult, and sometimes I wanna tell my teammates that they ♥♥♥♥, in a wholesome way.
