Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes. Easy-going, relaxed, always welcome in a group – though not the strongest personality. Meticulous in keeping the workplace clean and tidy. Sebu makes a habit of keeping own area clean and hazard-free and also assists and encourages others to do the same. No absences without valid reason in 6 months.
