The game is fun, but it is what I expected. "Sonic Fall Guys" I don't mind that, its silly and all that.
However, it also is worse in some ways than expected, my main issue is the MTX, its not cool. 3 Battle Passes. the Main pass (9.99) an Seasonal Pass (currently Halloween for 8.99) and an Event Pass (Sonic Movie 3 for also 8.99) on top of this, Skin pricing. Its BAD. Legendary Skins cost **ON SALE** 700 Red Rings, the games premium currency. the sale price still equates to $45 USD.. For one singular legendary skin.
That's awful for a game that uses cosmetics. These should not be more than 10 dollars in red rings at the most. Maybe 15, but comparing it to Fall Guys or the gold Live service standard? Fortnite? the value propositions are is not good.

Red Rings given freely are scraps. 5 at a time. It's pretty bad.
No they are not Pay2Win, the score multiplier doesn't give you a win advantage. Your skill and luck are both a factor. That said, the monetization is bad and NEEDS to be fixed. ESPECIALLY with the financial issues out there right now for the world.

Is it worth trying and playing YES! but i cannot recommend spending money save maybe those "welcome packs" for 99 cents. Nothing else money wise is worth spending for.. and for a game so delayed globally? that's an aggravating experience.

UPDATE FEB 2026: they are fixing the red star ring prices to cap at 599, which is better but not alot better. You can 'save' 5 dollars on legendary skins now. The Devs however are saying more free Red Rings are coming that will be 'easier to earn' We'll see.

now that said, I have found the actual Pay 2 Win Mode. Rumble Ranking.
Rumble Ranking is the Pay 2 Win mode people are complaining about
Cause people on here have Season scores with like +400% or +600%s

Im F2P, I finished the season pass without buying the premium tier (season 1,2 and now 3), Im at +93% (50% coming from the season Stamp Card)
even if I were to get the pass, it would go to +238% at most.

So that tells me, people are buying rings with money, and SPAMMING the 1 million ring gacha claw. Boosters don't boost Season Score base, and Legendary Skins don't also, they only boost total scores.

its the only way I can see how people are getting bonus score outside the season pass. (for mainly season score multipliers)

Cause even bonus passes don't offer (so far) Seasonal Score bonuses
so its very P2W to climb the rankings.

A person who loses against me with a +400% Seasonal score, will outscore me even if I win the entire 3 round rumble at +93%
that is absolutely BS.

I have made it to the Chaos Emerald Rank (Second highest rank tier) the jump from Platinum to Chaos vs the jump from Chaos to Master Emerald is IMMENSE, players are earning Millions of score quickly instead of simple thousands.

At the current time of writing this, were starting the next round of Rumble Ranking (2/24/26)
Someone is already at 92618.8K with a Seasonal score of +418%, that's absurd gambling on season score

Why does this matter? well climbing ranks gives you Red Star Rings (on first time rank ups) and Skill points.
which can cover your mistakes and help you buy stuff.

Devs, Please change this mode, its not cool to feel you can't compete in a rank mode without paying money. awful

Its fun, got decent content and is more interesting than Team Sonic Racing.
last time I thought a Sonic Racer was interesting was All Stars Racing, and All Stars Racing Transformed.
but ASR was the one I loved more. I've played Mario Kart World, and I think -personally- this game is more fun. (MKW is also good, I just prefer this)

Do recommend if you like good kart racers. That said, if you can.. get the bonus edition on sale.
It's expensive, while base is cheaper than MKW, the Digital Deluxe edition makes it cost more. (Granted its DLC that seems good)

I would like a Sonic Media Pass, give us characters outside of Sonic games alone.

IDW (likely coming)
Archie or SatAM
Adventures
Sonic X
the Movies
Underground, etc

Its short
but its fun

My ONLY issues however: 1) Controls for wall kick ability feel like they fight the player at times. but this can be adapted too. So I wont hold it against the game much.

and 2) The Biggest issue: Lack of Direction. I know theirs a map system that was added, but you can entirely miss the map ability if you aren't careful.
I would of liked some guidance, I get its meant to be an exploration game, but the hint it gives about the tower(which isn't a spoiler since the game tells you about it in the first few rooms) is only so helpful, even with that, you'd need to get to the top of it which requires some abilities you likely wont have. But the top of it at least tells you "look for x" and a vague understanding of where to go for the items you need. I would of liked a touch more, maybe an NPC goat mentioning more strongly an order, or path.

going back to the map, theirs an NPC next to the direction to the map, with a save crystal, for example he could of mentioned "hm, something helpful is nearby.." maybe faced the door to the map room, doesn't have to say "GO HERE" but a slight hand to get the player on their way helps. Like for example Zelda; BotW/TotK or Metroid games, they usually give the player a guiding direction, but never tell you HOW to get there, thats up to you. I think having a character mention something would be handy, but not required.

Now, besides that, everything else? Wonderful

1) Art Direction is interesting and keeps you engaged in each area

2) Music is fun, fitting the areas you're in.

3) Designs are cute, lil goat butlers are funny

4) Sybil. Shes pretty, shes fun to move around as (once adapted/unlocked) and I'm glad shes gotten alot of love. ALOT of love, lol

Its worth the cost of admission at 6 bucks,

Also dev, sell moar Sybil plushes, she good bean.

Its ok, but christ is it rough to play, fights never feel fair? and the gacha system is HORRIBLE

never have any luck, the roll ticket or hero crystals are given too slowly, and the drop rates are absolute trash.

I have fun, but man, so many pain points, It makes me stick with Fortnite as the F2P BR

So, I've Never played the xbox original copy, my only experience with Halo was with Online Lan Multiplayer matches in High School via a modded Rom.
Never played the Campaign, never cared, did not invest into an Xbox Console to care after they went Console Exclusive with the 360.

That said, Why the thumbs down?
Let me be clear, Halo is not a bad series, but the PC release through "Master Chief Collection" is botched.
Glitches, Bugs, Audio issues, Visual issues..

Halo 1 Campaign Co-Op for some reason glitches the hell out, leaving some people like me in a black screen, but kicks everyone in the room (or just my co-op partner) out of the room for 'connection' issues.
Xbox Live's horrible servers should not be required to play this >on Steam<

Also, if each game (1 and 2) was remade via the "anniversary" additions, they could of added 4 player Co-Op into 1 and 2, just making the difficulty harder -per- player added. I feel thats a missed chance to make the game a touch better and experience it a different way slightly.

And really thats all I can add for the moment, but its made me have a sour taste in my mouth, and as I play the Halo Campaign for the first time, going through some of the dullest missions (The Library was bad and very boring.. Guilty Spark is ugh for a character, more annoying than helpful, or engaging, which befits the end of the game, but still, the character was just bad) I just got peeved, with how this was experienced.

Then I look at the future of the series, I see the extreme mal-content 4 and 5 have, (which why is 5 not included at this rate..? If you're including 4, just include 5 at this point) it makes me wonder. Do 343 know what the hell their even doing anymore?

I hope theirs patches to add extra stability on PC, cause this is just ridiculous.

While they have done much to improve 76, I'm still very displeased with it. Everything Wastelanders is, should of been in the launch version of the game. The Fallout 1st system, is also egregious for people who want to play in a world with JUST their friends. I still also find it terrible that the Atom store is still stupidly expensive, and has power items to make player advantages so high.

Theirs also the fact that if PC players didn't make enough of a riot, the Steam Version would of been an extra charge for the same platform. I am thankful we got the Steam Version for free (goodbye bethesda launcher) but I did notice if you install the game this way without spending all your Atoms, you lose them for the new DRM. This is beyond idiotic, given its on the same system, with the same account account just changing a DRM launcher.

Bugs are still plentiful, the bethesda touch is still there, but thats NOT a good thing, even if they are funny, its not helpful to see a scorchbeast flying backwards, when its hitbox is harder to detect/shoot at. NPC's have this as well, In cutscenes with more than one NPC, and one is SLIGHTLY off camera, where it pans to make you see the other, their necks can just break, and I've seen full Owling as well from them.

That said, the NPC's finally make this game feel more like a FallOut Game, but it shouldn't of taken this long, the main game should of been delayed to have launched with Wastelanders.

But they didn't, they wanted to make a quick buck, and then monetize the ♥♥♥♥ out of it, making bone head choice after bone head choice, claiming fans 'wanted' to be monetized in the process.

My requests for a recommendation would be simple:
1) Increase Atom drops from challenges. I shouldn't be getting 30-50 atoms for long form tasks, this should be enough atoms to be at least half way to FULLY buying the cheapest items in the store. This is ♥♥♥♥, and its a piecemealing design is trying to incentivize payments. ♥♥♥♥ that.

2) Make Private Servers open to people outside of Fallout 1st, As In: If we know how to host, LET US, treat this like Minecraft servers. Let us run a server without your involvement Bethesda. This is the BIGGEST requirement to me. More than the Atom Shop.

3) Allow us to modify this game IN those private servers, if someone wants to make a silly character mod, or gameplay improvement mods, LET US.

These would change my stance to recommend the game, if Bethesda can do 2 and 3, or even JUST 2, I'd more than likely recommend the game to people interested.
but for now, if you haven't purchased 76, Dont. Play Fallout 3, New Vegas and 4, hell, play 1 and 2 as well, anything but this game will do you better, and Fallout 3, NV and 4 offer Multiplayer mods if your friends own the game. So I truly do hope people don't support this game in till a change happens.

Bethesda, please ♥♥♥♥♥♥ this.

Great game, best presentation in a Dragonball experience to emulate the anime

Manga wise I'd say Fighter Z

This is the level of quality MINIMUM that these games need, but I would like side-quests and other things to get animation boosts too.
