Even after Wesker's Infection and Hindered Penalty are getting nerfed, Wesker still has Top 5 potential, cuz tunneling someone with the infection wasn't the reason why Wesker is so strong, it's his Techs are the main reason why he's considered Top 5 imo, if you've ever watched any Wesker Mains like alranican, scoodehbootey, and crohmbs, they can really turn Wesker into an exploiting machine, but if anyone doesn't consider him Top 5, then he's at least nowhere lower than Top 7.
